kombucha

I came across this funky stuff looking for a cure to some recently experienced stomach pain. It seems the older i get, the more sensitive my stomach has become. A year ago i had no idea what heart burn or too much stomach acid felt like. Now i am becoming an exert, but i am going to beet it.

As a result I now have colonies of "mushrooms," growing in my closet. They look more like thick layers of slime and no, there is no magic found thus far. It has been interesting though, i have been drinking this tea for about a week and so far the result seems to be very, very sweaty nights (I wake up completely drenched) and canker sores. Nothing worth mentioning eh?

I can't wait until i get to the improved stomach function, weight loss, smooth skin, increased sex drive, and better circulation days start. This stuff is suppose to cure pretty much anything there is....Cancer, aids, you name it.

It is interesting the live bacteria seems to get more and more active. The activity produces carbonation. It is probably their farts...Gross, i know. Anyway the site i constantly have to check to see if i have mold or if those spots are normal is

If anyone wants to try it, i can save you the trouble of having the starter shipped and give you some of mine.

Jet lag

So I am taking my first really long fight. I flew to Europe in 99 and the Jet Lag was hell. I remember Being completely disoriented. In October Praveen and i fly to New Zealand and in Jan were off to Malaysia...Below I will post some links for the jet lag I plan to fight off.

We'll see...

Well i have thought about doing this for a while and since i can't seem to post a comment on my mom's blog until i have one of my own, here goes. I do enjoy writing and pretty much totally stopped journaling two years ago. I find it very dificult these days to sit down with a pen and paper and write. My thinking seems to work better on a keybord then on paper. Man, i never thought i'd see the day. I also find that when you are generally happy, there is a lot less to write about then when your not. Oh, then there is the busy factor....I get so busy sometimes i forget to check in with myself and find out if i am happy or not. At these times, I lose my generally anal sence of direction....so anyway, we'll see.
